Location: Atlanta, GA

Department: Sales

Type: Full Time

Min. Experience: Mid Level

Wanted: Salesforce Administrator with Passion for Technology

We’re looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy Salesforce Administrator to manage our day-to-day operations pertaining to everything Salesforce. In this role, you’ll be the lead in our company-wide Salesforce environment, analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, documenting and maintaining its smooth usage and integration for all employees.

In this position you will work closely with systems users and integrators in identifying, evaluating and changing existing applications as well as implementing new Salesforce functionalities as needed.

You will play an integral in our company as we grow to new levels of efficiency and integration!

Who we are, what you’ll be doing—and why it’s an exciting opportunity

At Reliant Technology, our mission is to empower people to make a difference. By setting ambitious goals and giving people the freedom to execute them, we create opportunities for learning, growth, exploration, success, and results.

We’ll provide the playbook—it’s up to you to optimize it, and deliver results. If you’re seeking a have-fun-and-get-it-done culture and relish the ability to run wide-open, this is it! You’ll enjoy the freedom to develop new ways to be effective as a Salesforce Administrator.

If you like challenges, this will be a good one

You will be the point person for all ongoing Salesforce support requests. You will assist users with problems and questions on a daily basis. You will need to be capable of providing prompt and complete resolutions to technical issues that may arise. This means you must be able to communicate sometimes-complex subjects into easy-to-understand terms; you should be technically-savvy, but able process technical concepts and relate these to people seamlessly in easy-to-understand ways. As needed, you will also provide or arrange Salesforce training for new users or existing users who need “refresher” training.

You should also be comfortable with ongoing project management, and have experience with third-party integration apps, since this will also be integral to your success in this role.

Some other responsibilities include:

  • Identify when it may be necessary to modify the Salesforce architecture to accommodate project needs to ensure these projects maintain an enterprise-wide view.
  • Consistently test new features from Salesforce updates utilizing IT methodologies to evaluate if new functionalities will improve the Salesforce experience for our company.
  • Determine if / how enhancement/simplification can be achieved by system configuration, and/or extending current applications.
  • Develop detailed functional, technical design, and test specifications that fully satisfy business requirements.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.

Preferred qualifications for this position

  • Salesforce.com Certification
  • 3+ years of system administrator experience with Salesforce.com
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to design and implement workflow within Salesforce
  • Expertise in Pardot a plus

We’re looking for a go-getter who is ready for a huge opportunity. If you’re easily overwhelmed or frazzled, this is not going to be the position for you. You must work well with others, and have the chops—and the drive—to succeed.

You’ll work from our “Google-esque” campus on the west side of Atlanta, near Howell Mill and Chattahooche, in Alton Brown’s former production studio—but you won’t be restricted by location. You can wear what you want, and participate in a great culture with an open work environment. You’ll benefit from our 401K and match, and enjoy our fun days, gym, and Zen garden.

We offer a rewarding compensation plan. We’ll pay the best rates for the best person.
